Yoga Class for all. Particularly suitable for those juggling bust family lives. A gentle class using postures and practices to nurture and strengthen the body and calm the mind.

 

Physical practices to improve posture and alignment which can often be the cause of everyday aches and pains, breathing exercises to help calm the body and draw the mind away from day to day concerns and relaxation exercises to release tension and create a time and space just for you.

Viniyoga :-

Wednesday evenings 6.00pm - 7.30pm     
Wednesday evenings 7.45pm - 9.15pm     
Friday mornings 9.15am - 10.45 am
