In my professional life I have always been involved in helping people to cope and feel better about their lives.  Then in the 90's Reflexology came to the rescue as my own life became particularly stressful.  I now gain tremendous uplift and fulfillment from applying what I learned then, to continue helping people to feel better - but in a far more lasting and meaningful way.
