Bodybalance offers a wide range of Exercise & Relaxation Classes.

Availability Of indervidual classes changes regularly.

Pilates Tuesday evening, Wed morning & Thursday evening
Chi Baton Tuesday morning & Friday morning
Yoga Monday evenings 6.00pm - 7.00pm (Relaxation class)
Wednesday evenings 6.00pm - 7.30pm     
Wednesday evenings 7.45pm - 9.15pm     
Friday morning 9.15am - 10.45 am 
Kunderlini Yoga Tuesday evenings from 8pm
