In my professional life I have always been involved in helping people to cope and feel better about their lives.  Then in the 90's Reflexology came to the rescue as my own life became particularly stressful.

I now gain tremendous uplift and fulfillment from applying what I learned then, to continue helping people to feel better - but in a far more lasting and meaningful way.  I use a versatile yet effective combination of Reflexology, Crystal therapy, Reiki and Indian Head massage to provide stress relief, relaxation and uplift ti include working with pregnancy together with better sleep and a more balanced view of the realities of your own individual set of circumstances.
