Sue's Laughter Club
Laughter Club is based on the concept of laughing for no reason, except that it is good for us!  It is not based on jokes but uses gentle exercises and Yogic breathing.  
Combining laughter with Yogic breathing makes you increase the amount of oxygen in your body whilst being playful, which  results in you feeling more healthy, energised and alive.  This actually changes the physiology of your body so that you start to feel happier.

Laughter is simulated in a group, which then turns into real contagious  laughter.  It is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot tell the difference between real and 'fake' laughter, so you get the same physiological and psychological benefits.

The Laughter Club is led by Sue MacLusky who is a certified Laughter Yoga teacher.
