![]() Chi-Baton Yoga™ is a complete system of flowing, low impact exercises based on Taoist Yoga, Tai Chi and Chi Kung developed by Barry Westley. His classes are only available at BodyBalance in Stourbridge The key benefits to you are improved flexibility, muscular strength,
cardio-vascular fitness, breathing, internal energy, postural alignment and just as important relaxation!
Drawing on his extensive knowledge of physical culture, body mechanics and internal energy cultivation, Barry has created six hour-long programmes (containing over 120 original exercises) which are rhythmical, low impact and great fun. The exercises are performed using a short baton held between the palms which aids postural alignment and circulates the internal energy. His programme has proved to be very popular and effective in building internal energy, strength, stamina and flexibility , as well as generally toning the body and improving cardio-vascular fitness. This style of exercise is also particularly beneficial for those students with chronic back problems and joint weaknesses Testimonials "It is my firm belief that doing these exercises regularly can help prevent and relieve the symptoms of depression, anxiety, and M.S., as well as strengthening the body, boosting the immune system, and improving the quality of life."
