She has been involved in training and the setting up of both courses and departments with in a further education college.

Her passions for the industry and teaching have lead her into quality assurance.

Elaine monitors and tracks the quality assurance for Holistic training Solutions and ensures the standard of training meets and exceeds the requirements of both Holistic Training Solutions and the awarding body.

She is also actively involved with the training of new teacher and assessors to ensure they are trained to a confident and competent standard.
