Laura Wooldridge

Complementary and Holistic Therapies became an interest and hobby while still at school after receiving books on various therapies. I became fascinated with the healing and beneficial effects of the treatments but at the time never thought that I would actually make my hobby a career.  

   I have worked in the Health and Beauty Industry for over 4 years after completing my training. My qualifications include, Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies, Level 3 Diploma in Advanced Aromatherapy and Advanced Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Thermal Auricular Therapy. I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, which means that I’m fully qualified and insured in all the Therapies that I offer.

   Since gaining my qualifications I have gone on to continue training, improving my skills and knowledge whilst building up a wide range of experience in the Therapies that I practice.

   Around 3 years ago my Holistic journey took me on a more spiritual path where Angelic Reiki found me. I have since had my Angelic Reiki 3&4 attunements, which was a life changing experience and not looked back.

   My most recent qualifications include Flower Essence Therapy Practitioner and Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Crystal Therapy, both of which have been valuable experiences allowing me to expand on the services that I am able to provide for my clients.

   As a therapist I aim to offer a comfortable and relaxing environment, tailoring each treatment to specifically suit each client’s needs and requirements, whilst maintaining a professional and caring service.
